岳宏君

岳宏君長老在中國安徽出生和長大，在中國獲得學士和碩士學位，來美國前曾在上海從事短暫的藥物開發研究工作。2002年進入美國匹茲堡大學化學系攻讀博士學位，2007年開始在賓州州立大學從事博士後研究。岳長老於2007年7月委身耶穌基督，成為一名基督徒，2007年12月2號在State College的磐石宣道會受洗，2008年9月回應主的呼召，立志服事上帝。2009-2015年，岳長老在磐石宣道會擔任執事會祕書，並帶領校園團契服事來自中國大陸的青年學生。2015年5月，岳長老結束博士後的研究工作，舉家遷至灣區從事生物製藥研究工作。來到灣區後，岳長老一直在Palo Alto華人基督教會中心堂聚會服事，並於2022年，在王勇弟兄的鼓勵下，進入海外神學院學習裝備，於2025年4月20日，被按立為Palo Alto基督教會中心堂的長老。

Elder Hongjun Yue was born and raised in Anhui, China. After earned his bachelor's and master's degrees, he worked briefly in pharmaceutical research and development in Shanghai. In 2002, he came to the United States of America to pursue a doctoral degree in the Chemistry Department of the University of Pittsburgh, and in 2007, he began postdoctoral research at Pennsylvania State University. In July 2007, Elder Yue committed himself to Jesus Christ and became a Christian. He was baptized on December 2, 2007 at State College Alliance Church (SCAC), and in September 2008, he responded to the Lord's call, committing himself to serving God. From 2009 to 2015, Elder Yue served as the secretary of the deacon board at SCAC and led a campus fellowship in ministering to young students from mainland China. In May 2015, Elder Yue concluded his postdoctoral research and relocated with his family to the Bay Area to work in biopharmaceutical research. Since arriving in the Bay Area, he has been worshiping and serving at the Central Chinese Christian Church Palo Alto (CCCCPA). In 2022, encouraged by Brother Yong Wang, he enrolled in the Overseas Theological Seminary for training and was ordained as an elder of CCCCPA on April 20, 2025.
